Purposeful Journaling

 Purposeful journaling is a transformational tool that was made for you if you feel stagnant in a key area of your life. Are you feeling unfulfilled in your personal life?  Struggling at work or in your marriage?  Looking for personal meaning and purpose?   In addition to teaching you proven journal therapy techniques, you can also work with me one-on-one for personal counseling or coaching.

A little about Kathy Bornarth.

Greetings

 I’m here to help you transform your life, hold you accountable and help you take the steps needed to move forward. I’ll teach you how to use your journal in purposeful and powerful ways to help you grow and change.  I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Speaker, Author and have studied journaling therapy for many years.  I live in North Carolina with my husband Dan and our 2 dogs Buddy and Cash.
